By carrying out a full annual service and preventative maintenance visits you can ensure your laundry is operating at optimum performance throughout the year. Our Washing Machine Service Includes:-
- Complete an overall visual check of the equipment, ensuring the machines meet the current installation and commissioning guidelines.
- Record the running hours of the machine.
- Remove the top, back and bottom panel of the machine and vacuum and wipe out any debris there may be.
- Check the condition and tension of the belt and adjust or replace as necessary.
- Check all the heating elements are working correctly and that there are no leaks around the seal’s and ensure that any brittle cables or connectors are replaced.
- Remove the flexible water supply pipes to the rear of the machine and clean out the filters.
- Remove the pressure switch and tubing. Clean out and check for any signs of rubbing, replace as necessary.
- Check the drum bearings for signs of wear and movement in the drum.
- Run the washer on spin and check for bearing noise.
- Check the front and rear suspension dampers for oil leaks.
- Install new programme chip and complete a full cycle test.
- Remove the old facia sticker and fit new one, ensure the computer buttons are operating correct, adjust position of computer board if necessary.
- Clean drum, machine face and soap trays, removing any unsightly stickers.
- Provide Electrical Certificate
Our Tumble Dryer Service Includes:-
- Complete an overall visual check of the equipment, ensuring the machines meet the current installation and commissioning guidelines. Record the running hours of the machine.
- Remove back panel and clean out any lint and debris from inside of the machine.
- Check the drum belts for tension and any signs of wear and replace or tighten as necessary.
- Check the drum bearings for signs of noise.
- Check drive motor and supporting bracket to ensure all bolts are tight.
- Remove front panel and lint tray and clean out lint build up from drum, tray and fan.
- Check tightness of fan.
- Open top access panel and clean out any lint from area. On gas models ensure the burner is lint free.
- With the burner cleaned, check spark probes or glow bars are secure.
- Check the wiring and electrical connections to the control box and gas valve, ensuring wiring loom has not rubbed or scuffed against any sharp edges and that the connections are secure.
- Check heating contactor for signs of burning, and ensure all wiring connections are tight, rectify any fault found.
- Check all safety devices and thermostats to ensure all are working correctly.
- Ensure inside of drum is clean and free from any burnt on material.
- Check the gas pressures and complete a full documented safety test.
- Provide Electrical check certificate.
- Provide Duct clean certificate.
